Meet the Team

As President and CMO of both Vacation Planners and TPI, I’m passionate about transforming the lives of travel advisors, helping them reclaim balance while continuing to thrive professionally. My greatest joy comes from supporting, coaching, and championing our franchisees, celebrating alongside them as they reach new heights of success.

With a leadership approach centered on empowerment and genuine care, I’ve created a culture where travel professionals can flourish both personally and professionally.

As Franchise Growth & Engagement Manager, I help grow Vacation Planners by connecting with experienced travel advisors exploring the franchise model and supporting our existing owners with strategy and new opportunities. I love helping our franchise owners feel supported, connected, and excited about where they’re headed.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to three grown kids – twin daughters and a son, and our family has grown to include two wonderful sons-in-law and a daughter-in-law. I love traveling, spending time with the people I love most, hiking, playing the piano, and getting lost in a good book.

As Manager of Operations, I am responsible for much that happens behind the scenes at Vacation Planners.  I ensure that everything runs smoothly for our team as well as for our advisors.

Outside of work, my three active teenagers keep me busy with sports and activities that often require travel.  When we have a chance to vacation, we enjoy cruises, beaches and hiking.

As Marketing Lead, I shape creative marketing strategies that strengthen the Vacation Planners brand while helping our franchise owners build visibility and meaningful connections with travelers. I work across our marketing efforts to guide creative direction, connect initiatives, and find fresh ways to bring both the Vacation Planners brand and our advisors’ stories to life.

My favorite part of what I do is collaborating with our franchisees to turn their vision into something meaningful and showcase what makes each of them unique.

As Social Media Designer, I create engaging content that brings the Vacation Planners brand and our advisors’ personalities to life online. From creative concepts and graphics to reels and social campaigns, I focus on keeping our content fresh, consistent, and engaging. I love turning travel inspiration into content that makes people want to stop scrolling and start traveling!

Outside of work, I enjoy creating art, spending time outdoors, reading, and finding little ways to slow down and recharge. When I travel, I’m drawn to history, museums, and scenic hikes with a great view.

As Operations Support Specialist, I focus on building the scalable systems and streamlined workflows that empower our franchisees to grow. Drawing on my background in luxury travel strategy and operations, I ensure our technology and host infrastructure run effortlessly behind the scenes.

A passionate reader with an eye for curated travel, I am constantly inspired by great literature, coastal design, and strategic growth. When I’m off the clock, I cherish life on the Florida coast with my husband and twin daughters, whether we’re planning our next family getaway or relaxing by the water.
