Meet the Team

As President and CMO of both Vacation Planners and TPI, I’m passionate about transforming the lives of travel advisors, helping them reclaim balance while continuing to thrive professionally. My greatest joy comes from supporting, coaching, and championing our franchisees, celebrating alongside them as they reach new heights of success. With a leadership approach centered on empowerment and genuine care, I’ve created a culture where travel professionals can flourish both personally and professionally.

As Manager of Operations, I am responsible for much that happens behind the scenes at Vacation Planners.  I ensure that everything runs smoothly for our team as well as for our advisors.  Outside of work, my three active teenagers keep me busy with sports and activities that often require travel.  When we have a chance to vacation, we enjoy cruises, beaches and hiking.

As Franchise Growth & Engagement Manager, I’m passionate about building genuine relationships and creating an environment where our franchisees feel truly seen and supported while helping them grow their businesses as valued members of our VP community. On the personal side, I’m a proud Army mom to two amazing daughters who both got married this spring (one to a fellow soldier!). We also just celebrated my son’s high school graduation and my newest son-in-law’s college graduation—so many reasons to be proud and grateful.

As a theater mom and football mom, I bring my high energy and multitasking skills to support our Vacation Planners franchisees with personalized guidance and care. I love helping franchisees succeed by matching travelers with their dream vacations, and my favorite part of the job is seeing families create lifelong memories together. In my free time, I enjoy planning my family’s adventures and exploring new destinations, always looking for the next great travel experience.

As Vacation Planners’ CRM Operations Specialist, I’m passionate about helping franchisees leverage technology to streamline their business and create efficiency. With a background in corporate training, yoga instruction, and travel advising, I love connecting with advisors, understanding their work, and uncovering those game-changing “aha!” moments. When I’m not diving into CRM strategies, you’ll find me cooking, practicing yoga, paddleboarding, or exploring new destinations—some of my favorites include a night paddle in Tokyo Bay, go-karting through Tokyo, and discovering the art-filled landscapes of Naoshima Island.

I help franchisees bring their travel brands to life on social media—making marketing easy, fun, and effective! Partnering with founders to create strategies that fit their style is what I love most. Seeing their passion shine online makes my job so rewarding! When I’m not juggling content and creative ideas, I’m out exploring new places, discovering the best restaurants, or planning my next adventure. Fun fact: I’m the ultimate multitasker—I make things happen (sometimes all at once)! Let’s create some social media magic!
